As some of the reclamation-related work is beginning to wind down, the collection analysis is gaining steam. The collection management subcommittee met on January 10th to begin to figure out how we’ll tackle the decision-making for so many titles without going title-by-title. The summary of that meeting is up on the Progress page.  Another meeting has been scheduled for the 31st, where we’ll be looking at a sample of ~200 titles and trying to place them in some broad categories.
