Circulation decisions are handled in the Minerva system through 2 groups:
Circulation Round Tables
Round Table discussions are for all circulation staff to attend in order to ask questions, voice concerns, and learn about policies and procedures.

Circulation Standards Committee
The Minerva Circulation Standards Committee attempts to recruit members from all types of Minerva libraries: public, academic, and special. Seats are open to anyone who is willing to be a committee member and has circulation experience with Minerva or similar systems. The Committee will make every effort to maintain no fewer than five members but sets no upper limit on membership. One member must be Chair. Each meeting will also require a Secretary to take minutes and a member in charge of attendance but, unlike the Chair, neither role is fixed. The Committee Chair serves for a term of three years, after which the Committee can vote to appoint a new Chair from interested candidates. If the current Chair is interested in remaining in the role, the Committee can vote to appoint them to another term.
