Client centers are updated every 24 hours.

Marc Record loads (Received by 15th of month, reflect changes made in Client Centers up to 5th of month).

Print Serials Inclusion (updated anytime).

Reports: Changes reported in the Client Center by the 25th of the month will be reflected in the following month’s report. Reports sent within first two weeks of the month.

Marc Records for electronic titles not in Client Center: Libraries may send SS a list of titles for inclusion in the Client Center. Marc records for title lists sent by the 25th of the month will be included in the update files sent by the 15th of the next month.
