New MSCC retention commitments agreed
Thanks to York County Community College, Norway Memorial Library, and Unity College for agreeing to retain more than 100 titles on behalf of the Maine Shared Collections Cooperative. These titles will be retained for a minimum of 15 years and ensure they remain accessible to Maine library users. Maine Shared Collections libraries have agreed to retain approximately 1.4 million titles.

MSCC hits 1 million mark for titles analyzed in post-grant analysis
With the inclusion of Blue Hill Public Library, Maine Shared Collections has now analyzed just over 1 million print monograph titles in our post-grant collection analysis (1,028.962 print monograph to be exact). A big thanks to MSCC Systems Librarian Sara Amato for all of her work on MSCC and for the libraries we’ve worked with so far.
