Last week was a particularly busy week for project participants.  On Monday, the collection management representatives met at Colby College, to discuss the project goals, as well as the upcoming collection analysis.  On Tuesday, the project team held its monthly meeting, which focused mainly on project updates, HathiTrust, and some of the issues related to implementing a print-on-demand service.  And on Thursday, the Directors’ Council gathered for their quarterly meeting, where they were updated on project activities, and discussed the pros and cons associated with becoming a HathiTrust partner.
